The Go Troppo Wild overnight tour packages include accommodation transfers from Cairns, a guided tour of the best of the Daintree and Cape Tribulation Rainforest regions, a stop at Mossman Gorge, a cruise on the Daintree River and guided walks at area of interest along the route. You can choose overnight accommodation from a number of properties, PK’s Resort, Crocodylus Lodge, Cape Tribulation Beach House and Ferntrees Rainforest Lodge. Accommodation options include dorm share, twin share rooms, double share rooms with or without private ensuite bathrooms - which can be chosen according to your budgetary and personal requirements. These packages allow you to stay a night or stay longer and enjoy your surroundings at a more leisurely pace. A variety of activities can be booked prior to or on arrival including, Great Barrier Reef sailing tours, beach horseriding tours, sea kayaking tours, guided night walks in the rainforest and rainforest canopy surfing tours.

PK’s Jungle Village is right in the heart of Cape Tribulation. All rooms are airconditioned. During the day chill out by the pool then party the night away in the Jungle Bar.
Cape Trib Beach House A modern and funky beachfront resort with pool, bar and bistro only meters from the beach. Chill out in resort comfort!
Crocodylus is a truly unique hostel resort situated at Cow Bay between the World Heritage Rainforest areas of the Daintree and Cape Tribulation National Parks and the Great Barrier Reef.
Ferntree Rainforest Lodge is just a short stroll from Cape Tribulation Beach, Myall Beach and the Mangrove Boardwalks. Surrounded by magnificent tropical gardens the Resort is alive with the sounds of the rainforest.

Rumrunner Dive & Sail
Leave the crowds behind as you step off the pristine sands of Cape Tribulation Beach and set sail for the Great Barrier Reef on Rumrunner. Travel time to the reef is just over an hour, giving you around 5 hours to explore the magnificent Mackay and/or Undine Reefs.

The Cruise
Rum Runner is a 40 ft motor-sailer catamaran with a cruising speed of 12 knots. Travelling time to the reef is 65-75 minutes, giving you around 5 hours to explore the magnificent Mackay and / or Undine coral reefs. With a maximum of only 44 passengers plus crew, the vessel’s our top deck allows you plenty of room to laze around enjoying the glorious Queensland sunshine.
Leave the crowds behind as you step off the pristine sands of Cape Tribulation Beach and set sail for The Great Barrier Reef. Surrounded by two breath taking World Heritage areas, you will enjoy a relaxed, fun filled day the fun, friendly and professional crew.
The boat’s courtesy bus will transfer you to and from your accommodation in the early morning for boarding. Once boarded it’s time to depart for the Great Barrier Reef; with small passenger numbers, spacious decks, and short travel time you will be offered maximum enjoyment and time to Snorkel, Dive, Relax, and Unwind.
Snorkelling instructions and assistance will further enhance your enjoyment. For those not confident in the water a helping hand from our crew will increase your confidence, and enable you to best experience the reef. For the more adventurous, you have the freedom to explore and discover.
During the course of the day complimentary tea and coffee, juices and fruit platters are served, lunch is a delicious tropical buffet.
With an emphasis on marine ecology, the vessel’s experienced crew will cater for passengers who want to learn more about the Great Barrier Reef and its amazing array of marine life. Down on the main deck, first time snorkellers or scuba divers will be cared for by a professional crew to ensure your experience is a safe and memorable one. Snorkelling demonstrations are offered once you arrive at the Reef and swimming aids are available for your comfort.
The experienced diver has the freedom to enjoy the abundant marine life. Reef Sharks, Turtles, Clown Anemonefish (made famous in the movie Finding Nemo), Trumpetfish, Giant Clams, Spotted Blue Rays, Nudibranchs, Barracuda, Potato Cod, not to mention the awesome variety of hard and soft corals are waiting to be discovered.
